I think there is a number of cards that have to be cut for every set and this card feels like just more of what we saw in the last card. I'm sure somewhere there was a set of trading cards that were just dinosaurs and they may have been more fun.

Topps Dinosaurs Attack Card 49 Ripped Out of Time!

This is clearly just here to add some gore because the dinosaurs didn't rip out of their skin on the way in and show up as blobs of goop. Cool card but doesn't fit.

You Can't Let Them Win!! is a cool card even if the story it is in makes little sense. It's rounding out the plot.

How did they get a picture of my sister! I mean, it looks just like her before she gained the weight. God this card is terrifying. A+

Topps Dinosaurs Attack Card 46 Grip of Horror

Had this card collection been more popular we may have seen a video game with this monster as the boss. Anyway, fire, monsters, and a nerd hero. A+

Topps Dinosaurs Attack Card 45 Anchorman's Peril

This card made it's way into the novel Jurassic Park the 1990 publication. It looks like these could have influenced the book where dinosaurs attack. The seen where a T-Rex reaches into a cave with it's tongue did not make it into the movie, but I remember reading the book.

Topps Dinosaurs Attack Card 44 Meltdown!!

This card get an A+ for the front and a D for the back as they are just getting lazy back there. I will say that this is so 80's with nuclear power being at it's heart.

So now this is a funny card. Can't say what that thing is but the dude losing his teeth is just classic.

 Well, the trademark could not be had for the real Godzilla but that is no T-Rex foot crushing a city. That is way to big and how big would that monster need to be to step on the top of a building. 

Cool card, I guess it fits in this wacky world. 

 

Topps Dinosaurs Attack Card 41 Entombed!!

Nightmarish as this is this card implies the the dinosaurs port in and merge with whatever is already there. None of them could withstand this and survive as the act of combining with the molecules of the air would cause them to burst into flames. 

There are other points that should be mentioned like the fact that the whole milky way galaxy is spinning and was in a different place light years away when they lived on this world but the whole combining thing should have happened before now.

I guess the idea for cards just comes from two words that start with the same sound. It's like we ran out of blood and guts and just need to fill space.

 Trilobite were a wide range of animals and I guess some of them may have been able to bite if you stuck them on your face. Still, these ones could easily be picked off. Fail

 Truth be told, I don't think there are dinosaurs that can stand up to an M16. Hunters don't use those things because they would destroy all the good meat.

Is it possible that back in the day they didn't know what a Cephalosaurus looked like? Yes, but I'm rather sure that they didn't think they looked like this. Fail.

Topps Dinosaurs Attack Card 36 Comic Con Catastrophe!

 First you would think that the 80's nerds of Comic Con would be nice and plump. Then you realize there hygiene is so bad that the dinosaurs will get sick after eating them.

This Plesiosaur would make the first Godzilla look small. This doesn't excuse discount jumbo Nessy for trashing old Lady Liberty. Then again, the old girl is made of copper and would bend before it brakes.

Like there aren't enough homeless people in San Diego to feed the Dinosaurs. What do you mean that's San Fransisco? There are homeless in San Diego. Anyway, this Turducken of death is just what the fourteen year old ordered.

I have to say that this is a downgrade from the bigger monsters. I'd be more worried about a New York rat, but I guess where those are bigger they don't fly.
