A digital detox can be as little as no screen an hour before bed or as much as a six month dig in some dirt hole where you will have no cell signal. I think the dig thing is out dated. It's an anthropology thing but not using a computer to take notes is a thing of the past. However, I don't know what the hack is here. It doesn't say that you should do this every now and then or before bed, which is the norm, so why?
I kind of feel like this was a project and getting it done was the top priority at this point.
