Movie Review: Spaceballs 1987

Comic genius Mel Brooks strikes back in this spoof of the Star Wars trilogy. When the nefarious Dark Helmet (Rick Moranis) hatches a plan to snatch Princess Vespa (Daphne Zuniga) and steal her planet's air, space-bum-for-hire Lone Starr (Bill Pullman) and his clueless sidekick (John Candy) fly to the rescue. Along the way, they meet Yogurt (Brooks), who puts Lone Starr wise to the power of "The Schwartz." Can he master it in time to save the day?

Un Re Stop Comics "The Trees are Watching"

Number three of the "Un Re Stop Comics" and one that I felt was rather elegant.

I have to say that I was honored to be one of his guest artists, and I had to place these here because I felt they needed to be somewhere.

I'll be back to posting Random Streets soon.

'Un Re Stop Comics' Rejection "Hereafter"

This is one of a group of comics I drew as a guest artist for "Un Re Stop Comics" on Drunk Duck. He didn't post this one, but, to the best of my knowledge, for no other reason than it was the last one I drew.

Unfortunately Drunk Duck is undergoing an upgrade and I'm not sure if the URL will be the same in the morning so I'll post that at a latter date.

Issue 48 “Shoes”

How much time is enough time?

The time it takes me to find the shoes most like my last shoes and try them on. Then again...I'm a boot man.

Issue 44 "Repo"

A worldwide epidemic encourages a biotech company

to launch an organ-financing program similar in

nature to a standard car loan. The repossession

clause is a killer, however.

Issue 43 "Canvas"

This is a real thing...really, it's called monochrome art and has been around for more than a hundred years. I don't get it but the point is that it is uninterpretable by nature. Who would buy a canvas painted white. People with too much money.
