Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Eleven Tyrannosaurus

 This looks nothing like a T Rex. You're breaking his neck and tail to put the thing in this pose. We knew less about the animal at the time but at least this looks cool.

 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Ten Triceratops

 The Triceratops is one of the most beloved dinosaurs. This one is large and scaly with an anger problem. I think every kid would love to have this card. Grade B, really, good stuff.

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Nine Trachodon

We have very little idea of what the Trachodon really looked like or if it is really a thing. It is described by a few teeth. I still don't know if it would look like it's shooting testosterone like this one does, but who knows? 

The card looks cool. 
 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Eight Stegosaurus

 So this Stegosaurus appears to have gotten all swol doing roids and now is getting crazy on this annoying human. Well, good job, Stegosaurus, show that geek not to play his music in public. 

If the dino here didn't look like it was made of noodles I would call this a better sticker but it is better than some of the others they have put out.  

 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Seven Pteranodon

 This Pteranodon looks like a small underfed Rodan. I can't figure how it got that horse off the ground but it must had tried to eat that person because it's all skin and bones. Loot how vascular this thing is.

 It feels like the artist was having a bad day with this one. 

 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Six Plesiosaurus

At least the Plesiosaurus is a meat eater but its neck isn't that long and its teeth couldn't do that kind of damage. It is possible for this to be a reasonable representation of an animal in this family, but not that possible. There should also be more blood in the water if a man was bitten in half. 

I will give this card a higher rating given that it's an armed man against a big beast. So, this is more cool than gross. I'll give this a not bad.

 
 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Five Parasaurolophus

Parasaurolophus would neither have the dexterity nor drive to eat a human child if it ever encountered one. It likely walked on all fours and couldn't pick up the infant. Maybe it would be able to eat one off the ground. However, it ate plants. This animal would have been more likely to trample a human rather than eat one.

I get that they wanted a sticker that was gross but this isn't gross in a cool way. I give this card a meh. 

 
 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Four Brontosaurus

 

It is unlikely that a Brontosaurus was pink. It is even more unlikely that they had those big sharp toenails. I also think this depiction is grossly oversized and out of proportion. I know you need to show me monsters here, but they don't all need to want to eat me. 

This sticker gets a Meh.  

 

 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Three Dimetrodon

 That's one big Dimetrodon. I mean, it's a Dimetrodon times ten. Why we need to beef up our dinosaurs I don't know. Still, cool card.

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker Two Ankylosaurus

The sticker art for these old cards sucks. Look at this Ankylosaurus. Standing on its front legs trying to flick a hippy off its tail. WTF bro?
 

Dinosaurs Attack Sticker One Allosaurus

Here we have an Allosaurus trying to pinch the dink on this headless dude. WTF Al, and why are your hands so big for your kind? Also, the Allosaurus is known for having more of a neck.

Anyway, bloody fun with sticker one.
 

Dinosaurs Attack Wax Pack 3

 

Hand this wax pack rapper to Brandon Tenold and see if the man doesn't need new pants. Featuring wrong colored dinos fighting as human run about like ants at their feet this is probably the first pack art commission for this set. Sans the blood and gore,  this was to let n dino lovers they were in for a real world of teeth and scales. 

Dinosaurs Attack! Wax Pack 2

This is another of the three wax packs that once told you that you were in for some more dino-gore with Dinosaurs Attack by Topps. 

It shows you what we thought a T-Rex may have looked liked back when I was a kid. We think they were more colorful than that now. 

The man getting eaten here has black blood implying that he is a zombie. That was probably done more to sensor the pack art so that it could be sold in a toy store.

This is a little more grounded than the last pack but still out there enough.
 

Dinosaurs Attack Wax Pack 1

'Dinosaurs Attack' is a 1988 Topps set of trading cards and this is one of the three wax packs I could find from these cards. It features an oversized sauropod going Godzilla on a city as oversized helicopters take it on. 

Where as this doesn't let you in on the gore your in for with these cards it does tell you that you're in for one killer ride. 

I haven't seen the whole deck myself yet, but here we go. I'm on my way.
 

AQUARIUS Hammer House of Horror Playing Cards Deck

I found at good deal of joy in this Aquarius card deck, but I have a love of old movies and printing. If your a horror fan this card deck will give you something fun to play with that and could serve for a drinking game if you have a hammer collection. I would have liked the cards to be more divers in their films but that is a small issue.

I would give this a B-. These are fun but they could be better.

The Joke is often an interesting card. Why this one is the mummy I don't know. 
This card is okay.

AQUARIUS Hammer House of Horror Playing Cards - Ace of Spades

 

A movie we have already had in this deck of cards and not the coolest poster for it anyway. The Ace of Spades is normally the coolest card in the deck. Disappointing.

 It looks like you took a Frankenstein poster and put a hot chick on it. Let's be clear, any movie can use more hot chicks but Frankenstein is and odd choice. 

Card is good.

 Hammer's 1967 'Prehistoric Women' poster is more proof that click bate is not a new thing. This is right for a queen but not a queen of spades. 

Card is okay.

 Bloodthirsty Vampire sounds like my sister... or my step mother. (Shudder) so much evil in my world. Simple and functional this card is just okay.

The Devil's Bride!? This doesn't look anything like my sister. I guess you can't put her on a poster because it would make people sick.
 

I love this artwork but the devil looks surprised. 

AQUARIUS Hammer House of Horror Playing Cards - 9 of Spades

 The Lost Continent is a real acid trip of a film which is kind of like a Bermuda Triangle picture.

Good card. New film.

AQUARIUS Hammer House of Horror Playing Cards - 8 of Spades

Another name for 'The Quatermass Xperiment' The Creeping Unknown is about someone who went to space and got Fantastic Foured. The resulting creature feature is what one would expect.

I like this because it stands out. Good card.

The 1967 film 'Quatermass and the Pit' is also known as 'Five Million Years to Earth'. This is one of the more interesting films in the Hammer store but I would need to really dedicate some time to Quatermass.

 This is another two color poster using a yellow that becomes orange when concentrated.

 As this pack winds down they do look to be throwing out some better cards. I still would like more information about the film. In this case and English title and release year would be nice. Still, cool card.
